🌿 Ingredients (All in grams)
270g strong white bread flour
35g vanilla whey protein powder
11g cornflour
210g warm water (30–35°C)
22g extra virgin olive oil
6g fine sea salt
4.5g fast-acting yeast
55g chopped black or green olives (dabbed dry)
5g garlic powder
1.5g dried mixed Italian herbs
25g grated cheddar or Parmesan
10g chia seeds

Mix all dry ingredients: flour, protein powder, cornflour, garlic powder, herbs, cheese, chia seeds, and chopped olives.
Add ingredients to breadmaker in this order:
Warm water
Olive oil
Full dry mix (including the olives & chia)
Salt in one corner
Yeast in the other corner
Select your machine’s Basic or Italian program, medium crust.
Let it bake while your home fills with the scent of triumph and garlic.
