🍞 Brioche Breadmaker Recipe (Panasonic Mini)
🧈 Ingredients (for 1lb loaf):
Milk – 50ml (room temp)
Eggs – 2 (medium, beaten – reserve 1 tbsp for glazing if you want a shiny top)
Butter – 75g (softened, cubed)
Strong white bread flour – 250g
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Fast-action dried yeast – 1 tsp
👨🍳 Instructions:
Add ingredients in this exact order to the bread pan:
Milk
Beaten eggs
Butter (chopped small)
Flour
Sugar
Salt
Yeast (make a small well in the flour and pop the yeast in there – keep it away from the salt)
Insert the pan, close the lid, and select:
Menu 4 or 6 (Sweet Bread setting – check your model)
Size: Small
Crust: Light or Medium (Dark will caramelize it a bit too much)
Press Start and let the magic begin. It'll take about 3–4 hours, depending on your model.
If you’re feeling fancy, pause before the final bake and brush the top with that leftover egg. Adds a golden café-style shine.
Once done, cool on a wire rack… or tear off a chunk like a savage. No judgement.
🍫 Optional Extras:
Add chocolate chips, orange zest, or even cinnamon sugar for a twist.
Slice it thick and use it for next-level French toast. Thank me later.
